Job Description

The Customer Experience Ambassador will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. This individual will be responsible for providing prompt and professional assistance, answering queries, and resolving issues in a courteous and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive attitude and empathetic approach toward customers at all times
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or face-to-face interactions
  • Handle high volumes of calls with professionalism and poise
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless customer support
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to drive continuous improvement
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • At least one year's relevant experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong telephone manner
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
  • Organizational, diplomatic, and team-player skills
  • A proven ability to work efficiently and meet targets and timelines
Benefits

This role offers:

  • A competitive salary of €27,500 per annum
  • A regular working week of 37 hours, Monday to Thursday (9:00 am - 5:30 pm) and Friday (9:00 am - 5:00 pm)
