We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Galway, Ireland. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Job Description:This position involves providing support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for resolving customer queries, addressing concerns, and ensuring that all interactions meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide product information and make recommendations to customers.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
