Job Opportunity:

We are currently recruiting for a 5-star Guest Relations Manager in Galway. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining exceptional guest experiences, ensuring every visit is unique, memorable, and personalized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
