Concierge Role

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our Guest Relations team as a Concierge.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional service to guests by maintaining good hospitality standards, including greeting guests appropriately and responding to their needs and comfort.
  • Maintain guest privacy and personal property at all times.
  • Have general knowledge of the hotel's services, meal times, and local tourist attractions.
  • Handle customer complaints in a diplomatic manner and seek assistance when needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Hold a full clean driving license.
  • Possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and exceptional selling skills.
  • Have strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a desire to improve.
  • Be able to work flexible shifts.
