Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be part of our world-class support team, responsible for providing technical assistance to end-users. Key responsibilities include onboarding activities such as hardware and software configuration and distribution, resolving technical issues, and offering technical advisory services to ensure excellent internal user support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to internal users and external partners via various channels (e.g., Slack, Email, Jira).
  • Respond to user inquiries in a timely manner while maintaining professionalism and patience.
  • Gather and present support metrics and activities to management.
  • Remain current on technology and support trends to enhance support processes.
  • Assist in the onboarding process of new service desk analysts and personnel.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in technical support within a continuous delivery environment.
  • HDI Support Center Analyst and/or HDI Desktop Advanced Support Technician Certification.
  • Familiarity with Experience Essentials or Experience Foundation.
  • Hands-on experience with Knowledge Centered Services (KCS) and ITSM processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with user management and troubleshooting: Okta, Google Workplace, MDM / MAM Solutions (e.g., JAMF, Workspace ONE).
  • Well-versed in supporting Chrome OS, Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
  • Proficient in maintaining end-user hardware equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – verbal and written.
  • A positive and flexible attitude to work in a fast-paced environment.
