Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused professional to join our Client Profile team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date investor profiles, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role

  • Input Investor Profiles with attention to detail to minimize errors
  • Liaise with Wealth Management teams to ensure seamless communication
  • Ensure all changes to client data are processed in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), daily deadlines, Client Asset Regulations, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Regulations, and Internal procedures
  • Guarantee clients have access to online services, reissue usernames and passwords, and Two-Factor Authentication codes
  • Maintain existing client data, liens, account restrictions, tax documents, and accounts documents for existing clients
  • Assist with queries related to Investor Profiles, client documentation, and client accounts

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in financial services
  • Experience reviewing anti-money laundering documentation
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly MS Word and Excel
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
