Seeking a seasoned Application Support Specialist to ensure the seamless operation of critical business applications supporting Lending services.

This role involves maintaining application reliability, performing comprehensive system checks, and collaborating with colleagues across locations for problem-solving. The ideal candidate will be part of a close-knit team and engage directly with product owners and business users.


The successful candidate will have a background in IT or Business Information Systems, with strong analytical thinking skills when evaluating complex technical issues. Familiarity with vendor-supplied platforms like Alfa v6/LEAF and internally developed solutions powered by SQL is required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining the reliability of key business applications used by the Lending division

  • Liaising with vendors for software updates or escalations
  • Contributing to testing new enhancements and keeping meticulous records of all activities

The selected candidate will participate in change management processes and work collaboratively with colleagues across locations to foster a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
