Senior National Coordinator

The National College of Ireland seeks a highly skilled and experienced Senior National Coordinator to oversee the implementation and roll out of the Community Families Programme nationwide. Reporting to the National Home Visiting Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating governance, operational, and administrative functions in collaboration with the National Oversight and Support Group (NOSG) and relevant departments.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the governance, operational, and administrative functions of the Community Families National Programmes.
- Work closely with the National Community Families Oversight and Support Group, Tusla National Home Visiting Manager, and Data Officer, organisations implementing or intending to implement Community Families.
- Support the implementation and roll out of Community Families nationwide.
- Monitor Community Families delivery, quality assurance, and fidelity to the Programme across all sites.
- Deliver Community Families Training and CPD across the country.
- Liaise with key stakeholders, including Tusla, HSE, ABC Programme, National Healthy Childhood Programme, and other relevant programmes.
Key Qualifications and Attributes:
- A relevant 3rd level qualification.
- Experience of family support including working with young children and families in their communities.
- Knowledge and experience of home visiting programmes.
- An ability to work closely with staff delivering services to marginalised families and have an understanding of the issues of marginalization and its impact on service delivery and evaluation.
- Experience in entering, accessing, and using data from Client Relationship Management (CRM) or similar systems.
