Job Title: Logistics Field Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Field Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing the flow of critical components, maintaining impeccable inventory control, and acting as a vital link between us and our valued clients.

Critical Responsibilities:

  • Customer Focal Point: Foster strong relationships with customers, address inquiries efficiently, and redirect them to specialists when necessary.
  • Ambassador: Uphold and promote our core values, champion best practices, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Quality & Safety Assurance: Verify airworthiness, conduct regular checks of the working environment, apply human factors and Foreign Object Debris prevention principles, and maintain awareness of Dangerous Goods regulations.
  • Logistics Flow Management: Initiate and track replenishment of consumed non-repairable parts, manage induction of Support Products, and ensure meticulous archiving of documents.
  • Part Availability & Planning: Provide timely availability of Support Products, inform industry forecasting through collaboration with End Users, and offer critical input and key information.
  • Warehouse Activity Supervision: Manage inbound and outbound stock movements, perform reconciliation of physical inventories, synchronize activities of Warehouse Keepers, and foster effective communication with customers.
  • Transport Coordination: Organize transport logistics according to customer and industry requirements, serve as the on-site focal point for all transport-related matters.
  • Reporting & Performance Monitoring: Produce comprehensive monthly activity reports, monitor performance based on contractual requirements, and implement Visual Management practices.
