Job Title: Operations Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Logistics Specialist to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for coordinating daily transport operations, scheduling routes, and ensuring timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily transport operations by planning routes, rerouting drivers as needed, and resolving delivery issues promptly.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and efficient delivery processes.
  • Collaborate with drivers via phone, email, and internal systems to manage logistics effectively and optimize route efficiency.
  • Support warehouse operations by selecting and packing orders for dispatch.
  • Occasionally collect or deliver parcels within the Dublin region using company vehicles.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in airfreight exports or a related logistics role is essential.
  • A strong understanding of export documentation, airfreight processes, and customs regulations is highly desirable.
  • Flexibility to support both transport and warehouse functions as needed, ensuring seamless operation.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage multiple client needs and expectations.
  • Holding a Full EU B Drivers License is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in logistics software, specifically Azyra and Microsoft Office, is required.
  • Obtaining a Counterbalance Forklift Certificate is a must.
