Key Logistics Role Available

We are seeking a diligent and meticulous individual to support our logistics operations.

This position involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating with drivers, serving as a primary point of contact for the internal customer service team, and assisting the logistics manager in ensuring seamless transportation processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and multitasking abilities, be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook), and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Input and maintain logistics data in relevant systems.
  • Upload and update route information promptly.
  • Liaise regularly with drivers to communicate schedules, updates, and requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the internal customer service team regarding logistics-related queries.
  • Provide administrative support to the Distribution Manager.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and assist with other duties as needed to support the logistics team.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Previous experience in a logistics or administrative role is preferred but not essential.
