Job Title: Enterprise Risk Manager

Overview:

KKR is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Risk Officer to serve as the Operational Risk Designated Person for KKR's AIFM in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and advance KKR AIFM's Operational Risk Management framework working in collaboration with other designated persons.
  • Provide oversight of operational risks across KKR, ensuring appropriate operational risk management policies and practices are in place.
  • Ensure a risk management framework including a risk appetite statement, risk profile, and risk management policies & procedures are maintained and implemented for all relevant KKR EMEA entities.
  • Execute ongoing management, maintenance, and embedding of the operational risk framework, covering all emerging and existing regulations and regulatory guidance.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in enterprise risk management, operational risk management, or management consulting ideally in Financial Services.
  • Familiarity with European and Irish regulation regarding Alternative Investment Management (AIFMD) and the Central Bank of Ireland's CP86 Fund Management Company Experience in the role of Op Risk DP or supporting the Op Risk DP is highly advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, risk management, economics, finance, business analytics, management, or significant experience and understanding of risk management.
