Risk Analyst

Join our team as a Risk Professional and contribute to the effective implementation of the risk management framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comprehensive identification and assessment of risks in accordance with Solvency II and CAA standards.
  • Contribute to issue risk opinions on significant business and operational developments.
  • Implementation of the risk management framework at the level of operational policies, processes, and procedures, according to CAA risk management standards.
  • Maintenance of an effective and proportionate internal control framework for preventing, detecting operational incidents and/or excessive risk taking.
  • Effective implementation of the Risk Appetite framework and control that the agreed tolerances are adhered to.
  • Recommendations to strengthen the control environment.
  • Ensure a fast and efficient response from the 1st line to operational incidents.
  • Track and monitor progress on remediation actions.
  • Report outstanding operational incidents to the management bodies, as agreed with the Chief Risk Officer.
  • Report on risk management activities to the management bodies.
  • Collect and report internal controls of both internal and outsourced activities to the management bodies.
  • Maintain and constantly improve the depth and relevance of the risk dashboard.
