Key Bar Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Bar Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our bar operations team, you will be responsible for the overall management of our bar operations.

Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective bar strategies, staying ahead of industry trends, and ensuring that your product knowledge is exceptional.

You will lead by example, driving service standards that strive for excellence, and own your profit and loss as if it were your own business.

Previous experience in bar operations with a background in menu development is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a passion for hospitality, and creativity are also crucial.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about their work, inspires those around them, and is always up for trying new things.
