Software Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a skilled Test Automation Expert to drive the quality and reliability of automation solutions across our enterprise.
This role requires a strong blend of leadership, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of modern testing practices, particularly within regulated environments.
- Serve as a liaison to promote and support enterprise-wide test automation tools & initiatives.
- Act as a consulting partner to functional teams, identifying automation opportunities and guiding the implementation of scalable, sustainable test automation strategies.
- Collaborate with various functional areas and the Enterprise Test Automation team to bridge gaps and ensure effective automation solutions.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of Test Leads and Engineers to rapidly initiate and scale test automation efforts.
- Provide expert consultation on test automation tools, solution fit, and best practices.
