Job Opportunity:

  • Stay up-to-date with relevant NMBI publications, applying knowledge to enhance patient care.

Clinical Risk Reporting and Health & Safety:

  • Identify and report any clinic risk or health and safety concerns, contributing to a safe working environment.
  • Participate in projects aimed at improving clinical practices and patient outcomes.
  • Proactively contribute to maintaining accreditation standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Professional Development:

  • Effectively manage workload to prioritize patient care needs, ensuring timely delivery of services.
  • Take responsibility for the care, control, storage, and administration of medications, adhering to established protocols.
  • Develop and apply appropriate IT skills to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Promote research-based nursing care, staying current with evidence-based practices.
