Sales Role Description

This role involves building trusted adviser relationships with customers in our SMB sector. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for helping customers effectively engage with our Talent, Learning, and Glint solutions.

You will work closely with multiple stakeholders across the customer's organization to drive growth, identify new business opportunities, and deliver value that meets or exceeds their expectations.

Your focus will be on developing strategic plans to drive revenue growth, expanding existing customer relationships, and identifying new sales opportunities.


Main Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across the customer's organization to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute account plans that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Sales Enablement: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and drive competitive advantage.

Requirements

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of applicable sales experience in a B2B setting.
  • Fluency in English and German (business level).
  • Prior experience in selling HR and/or E-Learning software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, forecasting, and strategic planning skills.
