Process Optimization Specialist

The Process Development Manager oversees technical delivery of New Product Introductions (NPIs) and life cycle management products. They report to the Sr. Manager Process Development for NPI Technical Delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of tech transfer engineers/scientists supporting new product introductions and lifecycle changes.
- Provide technical support to large molecule and small molecule drug product manufacturing.
- Develop and characterize drug product processes and transfers technology to commercial drug product sites.
- Identify and implement operational opportunities for current and new sterile operations.
- Troubleshoot issues with drug product processing technologies and equipment.
- A third level Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering or a relevant Quality discipline is required. 5 years' experience in a similar role is also necessary.
- Knowledge of cGMPs and other worldwide regulatory requirements is essential.
- Problem solving ability and excellent oral and written communications skills are crucial.
