Christmas Event Assistant Role Overview

A seasonal Christmas event assistant will work with the festive team in a magical environment.

The role involves welcoming families and visitors, assisting Santa in creating an enchanting experience for children, and supporting queue management and crowd flow in a friendly, professional manner.

Maintaining high-quality standards and staying in character throughout shifts are key responsibilities of the role. Excellent customer service skills are essential in this busy setting.

We seek an outgoing, friendly, and confident individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced atmosphere. Previous experience in performance, customer service, or events is desirable but not required.

Full training will be provided, including guidance on costumes and character development. This opportunity allows you to be part of creating special memories for families during Christmas.
