Job Title: Compliance Officer Lead

Job Description:

As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for leading our compliance team and ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements.

  • Oversee market abuse surveillance and anti-money laundering processes.
  • Manage Know Your Customer (KYC) and client onboarding activities.
  • Assess and determine when to file Suspicious Transaction Reports.
  • Provide accurate compliance advice to business units and respond to ad hoc queries.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure full regulatory compliance by managing and overseeing the compliance function.

  • Develop and implement effective compliance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and business reviews.
  • Investigate and resolve compliance issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in compliance within a MiFID investment firm.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
