Job Title: Leisure Club Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our leisure club team as a Leisure Club Assistant. As the first point of contact for members, you will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the initial point of contact for all members, handling queries in person, by phone or email
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the club during opening hours
  • Support the Club Manager in promoting the club's facilities and services
  • Perform general cleaning duties to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
  • Administer membership enquiries and complete sales with customers

Requirements:

  • Fluent English language skills and excellent communication abilities
  • Prior experience in a similar role or customer-facing position
  • Pool/lifeguard certification and First Aid training
  • National Certificate in Education and Fitness (NCEF) qualification or equivalent
