Lead Data Science Initiative

We are seeking a seasoned Data Science Manager to spearhead our team of data scientists in developing cutting-edge AI solutions for the digital transformation of our business.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data science, machine learning, and generative AI, with experience in team leadership and talent development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and coaching a team of data scientists in delivering high-impact machine learning and generative AI solutions.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development among team members.
  • Driving strategic data science initiatives from conception to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with data engineers, analysts, AI architects, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects.

Candidates must have a proven track record in team leadership and talent development, with hands-on expertise in Databricks, machine learning, and generative AI.

Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates will require:

  • Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading and managing a data science team.
  • Hands-on expertise with the Databricks platform, specifically in machine learning and generative AI applications.
  • Strong experience designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and generative AI solutions in production cloud computing environments.
