Cpl Resources - Language Jobs is seeking an experienced Account Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key player in our company's growth strategy, you will be responsible for managing high-profile accounts and driving revenue growth.

The Role:
As an Account Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of new and existing high-value accounts. This includes driving revenue retention and expansion within your client base, developing a deep understanding of our partners' businesses, and tailoring solutions to their needs.
You will stay ahead of online marketing trends and apply insights to client strategies. Your primary goal will be to establish clear advertising goals with agencies or direct accounts, including entering campaign goals (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of new and existing high-value accounts
- Drive revenue retention and expansion within your client base
- Develop a deep understanding of our partners' businesses and tailor solutions to their needs
- Stay ahead of online marketing trends and apply insights to client strategies
- Establish clear advertising goals with agencies or direct accounts, including entering campaign goals (KPIs)
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in AdTech campaign management and sales/account management
- Agency experience is a must
- Proven track record in client relationship management
- Strong knowledge of online marketing trends and best practices
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional proficiency in English
- Fluency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and presentation software
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and ability to adapt quickly
- Tech-savvy with a passion for innovative online technologies
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
