Job Overview
We are seeking a Childcare Professional to work in a nurturing environment where each child's individuality is treasured and catered for.
The ideal candidate will possess a Level 5 or 6 qualification in Childcare and have excellent team-working skills.
This role offers the opportunity to develop and implement engaging age-appropriate activities, promote positive behavior management strategies, and create a safe and supportive environment for children.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with daily routines and observing children's progress;
- Communicating effectively with parents and guardians;
- Planning and implementing educational programs that meet children's needs.
