Job Description
Cpl Healthcare is seeking an experienced Service Desk Administrator to join their team. This role will involve providing administrative support for IT services, ensuring the smooth operation of the service desk.
Responsibilities
- Review and modify Planned Preventative Maintenance regimes as required.
- Maintain accurate records in the CMMS system to meet contractual demands.
- Own Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Annual Plans, producing a 52-week PPM calendar.
- Verify that PPMs are closed out weekly/monthly to meet business milestones.
- Plan and manage works through to completion with supporting paperwork.
- Review and action tasks, managing access requests and communicating with stakeholders.
- Run and issue client reports and business reports, supporting management and operations teams.
- Develop strong relationships with suppliers and engineers to ensure timely delivery of documentation.
Requirements
- Excellent PC knowledge, including MS Office Suite and familiarity with CAFM systems.
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisation and administration skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to liaise at all levels using tact and diplomacy.
