Job Summary

Platinum Homecare is seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality care services in assigned areas.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing carer on-boarding, rosters, training, and overall welfare with support from Regional Managers. They will also deliver comprehensive induction training to ensure carers are prepared to provide care to clients effectively.

The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise closely with the Support Office regarding scheduling runs, client care, and HSE communication. Additionally, the successful candidate will identify, monitor, and manage training needs within the team by implementing a career development path aligned with Platinum Homecare's HR strategy.
