Job OpportunityWe are seeking a seasoned professional to undertake site quality control inspections on water & waste water network connection projects for clients in Ireland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for examining works on site, reviewing developers' documentation, and liaising with site representatives to confirm compliance with Irish Water Standard Details and Codes of practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site inspections to verify adherence to project specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and assess developers' documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Liaise with site representatives to address any concerns or issues related to the project.
  • Confirm conformance on site and facilitate infrastructure vesting in Irish Water as part of connection agreements for residential developments.
  • Inspect diversions to ensure compliance with Irish Water Standard Details and Codes of Practice.
Requirements
  • A Level 8 degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Post graduate degrees advantageous.
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in the design, procurement, and/or contract supervision of water services projects.
  • A track record in delivering water network projects beneficial.
  • Working knowledge of typical contract forms expected.
  • Excellent IT skills, familiar with MS Word, MS Excel, and simulation software necessary.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills (written and verbal), team working skills, and analytical skills required.
