About the Role

This Senior HR Specialist position requires a highly skilled professional to lead the Medical Workforce function and provide expert employee relations advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to deliver results-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to support the Medical Workforce function.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve role objectives.
  • Provide innovative leadership and deliver change through strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Oversee the implementation of national agreements and policies within the Medical Workforce and Employee Relations area.

Requirements

Candidates must have a third-level qualification in Human Resources or Health Services Management, or a relevant equivalent. They should also possess 5+ years of senior-level experience in Human Resource management, including developing, managing, and delivering effective HR strategies. A track record of successful leadership, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and experience working with multiple stakeholders are essential.
