Bodyshop Administrator

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Bodyshop Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is excellent in their field of expertise and possesses the potential and skills necessary to help us meet future business challenges.

This role requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and relationship building.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing all damages requiring Bodyshop assessment and repair, ensuring vehicle downtime aligns with KPIs, and maintaining no more than 2% of the Dublin fleet in Bodyshop at any time.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities include taking additional images of damaged vehicles as needed for damage packs, uploading damage packs to shared drives, performing quality checks on vehicles post-repair, notifying Workshop Manager of QC outcomes, managing and monitoring vehicles in Bodyshop, and ensuring damage packs meet documentation and information requests.

The ideal candidate will have a Leaving Certificate including Maths & English or equivalent, basic knowledge of vehicle panels and maintenance, experience in a bodyshop at any capacity, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
