We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Line Coordinator to join our team in Galway. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the performance of our automated production floor and ensuring that we meet our production targets.
About You:
- You will have a strong background in manufacturing and experience in supervising a team to achieve high levels of product quality.
- You will be able to motivate and support your team to hit targets and drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management- Oversee and supervise the performance of the Evolution production floor.
- Hold daily PIT meetings to ensure performance targets are monitored and any issues addressed.
- Responsible for setting and achieving daily/weekly targets for each production line aligning these with the company's quarterly forecast.
- Motivate and support the production team to hit targets.
- Responsible for production workflow and KPIs, driving process improvements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience leading a production team.
- Ability to organize and manage daily activities in a fast-paced production floor.
- Experience of hitting daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good technical and mechanical knowledge.
