The Role:

We are seeking qualified Healthcare Assistants to join our team as Residential Healthcare Assistants (HCAs). As an HCA, you will be responsible for supporting individuals with disabilities in a residential setting across South Limerick.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely manage the day-to-day operations of services, ensuring a secure and supportive environment for all service users.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide person-centred care and support, promoting positive relationships and experiences.
  • Maintain adherence to HIQA standards and residential care regulations, upholding our commitment to quality care.

Requirements:

  • QQI Level 5 qualification in healthcare or a relevant field.
  • Experience working with children or adults in the field of intellectual disability.
  • Full manual driving licence and access to your own transport.
