Job Description:

The Clinical Nurse Manager will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, as well as leading the nursing team in delivering person-centered care to residents.

Key responsibilities include:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of post-registration experience in a similar role
  • A proven track record of team management and performance management
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in caring for the elderly
  • Ongoing professional development
