This is a unique position that offers the flexibility to work both virtually and from offices in Dublin or Cork.
The role is part of the Human Capital solutions business, providing market-leading consultancy to support clients in navigating challenges and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead client engagements, developing new business opportunities and serving as a strategic advisor to clients.
- Drive revenue growth in Risk, Healthcare, and Benefits services by identifying and actively seeking opportunities to expand service offerings to existing clients.
- Present deliverables and recommendations to clients, engaging with key stakeholders within organisations.
- Proven experience in managing large Risk and/or Healthcare clients.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables.
- Able to bring together key stakeholders to meet client needs.
- Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness.
- Eagerness to explore and advocate for human capital solutions across diverse client interactions.
