Job Overview

A dynamic and experienced Human Capital Operations Professional is sought to join our team in Dublin. This role will collaborate closely with global teams to enhance system processes, ensuring seamless execution of HR transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become a subject matter expert in all Human Capital Operations activities and business processes, providing guidance and support to the HR team and employees.
  • Process hires, exits, transfers, and other employee data changes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support position management and reporting in Workday and Greenhouse, ensuring accurate and complete data.
  • Guide new joiners through pre-hire and onboarding processes, and assist leavers as they exit the firm, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Conduct background checks as part of the hiring process and for compliance-related recertifications and follow up on any discrepancies or required actions.
  • Collect and verify work authorization, visa-related documents, and other necessary paperwork upon the employee's first day.
  • Coordinate and guide new hires through Workday onboarding processes, ensuring they have a positive and seamless experience.
  • Assist employees with personal data updates, queries, and HR-related issues as required.
  • Help document, map, and improve HR processes; partner with the Human Capital Systems team to drive changes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Help run reports, analyze operational metrics, and communicate insights to support decision-making.
  • Participate in testing and validation of system enhancements, ensuring they meet the needs of the firm, with a focus on EMEA-specific processes.
  • Ensure all HR activities comply with local labor laws and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Subject matter expertise in Human Capital Operations activities and business processes.
  • Experience with HR systems such as Workday and Greenhouse.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
