Strategic Human Capital Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Human Capital Partner to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in the successful delivery of HR services and be responsible for driving new initiatives and projects.
The Strategic Human Capital Partner will participate in the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with our overall business objectives. They will lead the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support our business goals
- Lead the HR team and drive a culture of continuous improvement
- Maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders
- Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to improve HR operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
