Job Title:

Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Job Description:
  • As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for developing and executing people strategy with respective business leaders to drive outcomes in the areas of employee engagement, workforce planning, talent development, compensation, culture, change management and ensuring alignment with overall goals, policies and business initiatives.
  • You will need to work closely with senior leaders within the functional group as coach and mentor. You will also collaborate with leaders to develop and monitor career path plans for employees, including compensation plans and performance goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary diploma/degree specialization in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
  • Professional certification in Human Resources is an asset.
  • 5-8 years experience as an HR Business Partner, with several years in a senior capacity. Ideally within the technology or high-growth sector.
  • Experience with human resources policies and procedures.
  • Comprehensive understanding of current HR legislation and employment standards.
