Job Title: HR Business Partner

About the Job
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a strategic partner, providing expertise in human resources and operations to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the local delivery expert of our global HR strategy, ensuring that local policies and practices align with the global framework.
  • Partner with leaders across EMEA Life Sciences Accounts, leading lifecycle activities including Goal Setting, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Year-End & Compensation Planning. Provide coaching, training, and advisory support to business stakeholders.
  • Communicate a clear understanding of HR analytics (e.g., engagement survey metrics, succession bench data, turnover rates, demographics) to the business and provide insights on how to use them to grow the business.
  • Enhance employee experience during key moments in the employee lifecycle.
  • Support assigned employee groups in transition, expansion, and stabilization of new business, prioritizing employee experience.
  • Develop innovative solutions for anticipated opportunities or issues.
  • Support Employee Relations by investigating high-risk employee relations cases.

Requirements:
  • Highly experienced HR generalist with a client-focused approach.
  • Proven track record in delivering HR and operational activity within a matrix organization.
  • Possess strong analytical, business, and financial acumen, with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to thrive in ambiguity, navigate complex organizations, and influence business leaders.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive new business.
  • Experience in leading and supporting transition activity under TUPE would be advantageous.
