We are seeking a Fund Finance Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong accounting background and experience in fund accounting/operations.
As a key member of the Private Debt team, you will be responsible for providing financial and operational support to ensure business objectives are met.
You will work closely with internal and external clients to develop and maintain strong working relationships and provide high-quality financial deliverables.
The role involves reviewing and approving fund expenses, management and performance fees, and assisting with fund and regulatory reporting deliverables.
Additionally, you will oversee third-party fund administration providers, assist with external audits, and review and approve capital events.
Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, as well as the ability to build meaningful partnerships across internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide financial and operational support to the Private Debt team.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external clients.
- Review and approve fund expenses and management fees.
- Assist with fund and regulatory reporting deliverables.
- Oversee third-party fund administration providers.
- Assist with external audits.
- Review and approve capital events.
- Recognised accounting qualification with strong accounting skills.
- Broad knowledge of private markets and processes involved in servicing these funds.
- Customer-focused with a background in fund accounting/operations and a passion for quality and efficiency.
- Ability to document processes, controls and procedures in clear formats.
- Strong prioritisation and workload management skills.
- Experience in process change and improvement projects.
