Finance Specialist for Fund Administration

About the Role:
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our clients' funds. This includes preparing periodic reports and regulatory reports for the fund entities, managing audit processes, and reviewing tax returns.
- Initial setup of new funds, liaising with independent tax specialists, lawyers, and notaries
- Day-to-day fund operations, including communication with investors and fund managers
- Fund account management, periodic reports, and regulatory reporting
- Net Asset Value calculation, year-end financial statements, and audit management
- Tax return review and maintenance of tax authority contacts
- Accurate time recording and invoicing for client matters
Your Profile:
- Degree-level education in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Relevant experience in fund administration, audit, or fiduciary services
- Knowledge of fund industry, valuation, and accounting principles
- Experience with closed-ended funds in real estate private equity or debt space
- Understanding of securities commonly encountered in the fund industry
- Fluency in English and strong team spirit
