Role Overview

This strategic business leader will partner with the sales team to drive growth, efficiency, and operational excellence across EMEA.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing data-driven support for business growth and efficiencies across processes, organization, and systems.
  • Collaborating with Sales leadership and stakeholders on strategic projects to drive efficiency, uncover opportunities, and improve resource allocation.
  • Driving the rhythm of business with operational rigor, tracking performance on regional goals and priorities, and identifying opportunities and roadblocks.

Requirements for this role include:

  • 7+ years of experience leading strategy and operations projects in a consulting environment or similar tech company.
  • Proficient in SQL with experience extracting and manipulating data from large/complex databases.
  • A track record of using data to understand business problems, generate actionable insights, and recommendations.
