Business Change Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Transformation Consultant to lead complex projects across strategy, operating model design, customer experience design, lean process improvement, organisational design and transformation design and delivery.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will have a strong understanding of core business operations and be able to develop comprehensive functional requirements based on client business objectives, processes, and pain points.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to drive business transformation and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead workshops and interviews with key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
- Communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Multitask to consistently deliver high-quality deliverables on time.
- Degree qualified and relevant professional experience; experience working on major transformation programmes is preferred.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty.
- Minimum of 3 years in delivering change.
- Understanding of trends and implications on the Financial Services industry.
