Job Title

A Business Transformation Consultant will play a key role in driving change and influencing decision-makers within the financial services industry.

  • Support Programme Managers on delivering major business transformation programmes.
  • Manage junior programme resources, developing their skills through coaching.
  • Develop project reports, providing timely status updates to stakeholders.
  • Design creative solutions to address client business and technology challenges.
  • Contribute to the development of governance documents and administration.
  • Collaborate with the engagement team, communicating effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

To qualify for this role, you must have:

  • 3+ years' experience in Project Management Office or Business Analyst roles.
  • Experience in Financial Services and Consulting.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Capacity to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty.
