We are seeking a skilled Change Management Professional to support the delivery of business-wide programmes and change initiatives. This role will focus on driving productivity, improving efficiency, and reducing operating costs.
The successful candidate will contribute to building a culture of continuous improvement and embedding effective change management across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Support change initiatives, ensuring effective communication, engagement, and adoption across stakeholders.
- Design and implement change management strategies to drive successful outcomes.
- Deliver improvement projects using Six Sigma methodology.
- Conduct data analysis to determine root causes of performance issues and provide actionable solutions.
- Document processes, map workflows, highlight gaps, and recommend enhancements.
- Monitor and report on the progress of improvement initiatives.
- 4-5 years' experience in business improvement or change initiatives within a service, financial, or manufacturing environment.
- Project management certification (Prince2, PMI).
- Experience with project management software (MS Project, Visio).
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
