A key role has become available in our Maintenance Team, where you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel.

Maintenance Assistant Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join us as a skilled Maintenance Assistant, working closely with colleagues to maintain and repair equipment, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to maintaining and repairing equipment, such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
  • E nsure Health and Safety standards are met at all times
  • Collaborate with guests, managers, contractors, and suppliers to resolve issues efficiently

Requirements:

  • Qualified plumber with experience
  • Knowledge of gas boilers, booster pumps, and heating systems
  • Experience with B.M.S. and controls software
  • HVAC knowledge and troubleshooting skills (a plus)
  • Ability to handle basic electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
