About the Role

This is a senior position in our construction project management team. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing projects from planning to completion.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including designers, contractors, and clients, to ensure seamless execution of the project.

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, managing risks, and identifying opportunities for improvement. In addition, you will need to maintain accurate records of project progress, financials, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

We are seeking an experienced project manager who can lead our construction projects and drive results. If you have a proven track record of delivering projects successfully, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for construction and infrastructure development, then we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  2. Project Coordination: Coordinate with designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  3. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the project.
  4. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects meet the required quality standards.
  5. Financial Management: Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in construction or infrastructure project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with construction and infrastructure development projects.
