This exciting role offers a chance to form strategic alliances with senior leaders and contribute to the development of business strategies.

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the company's approach to employee engagement, retention, and talent management.

With a strong focus on collaboration and communication, you will work closely with various stakeholders to drive business outcomes and support organisational growth.

Responsibilities

">Develop and maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders to advise on HR-related matters.Design and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.Collaborate with leadership teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions to drive business success.Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and excellence.Support workforce planning processes, including talent and succession planning, to ensure the organisation has the necessary skills to achieve its goals.Partner with training institutions to establish training and development programs that enhance employee skills and capabilities.Work closely with corporate Compensation & Benefits team to implement global programs and maintain local site benefits packages.Take ownership of the successful delivery and implementation of 'business as usual' activities, leading projects that may have a global impact or participating in significant initiatives representing either HR or the business unit.Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with business leaders and wider HR team members.Support effective formal and informal management communications across the site in line with established practices.">

What You'll Need to Succeed

">

Degree or equivalent in HR, Business, Communication, or a relevant field.

5+ years of experience in HR or a related field, preferably in a matrix environment.

Proven ability to advise and influence management in both business and people-related decisions.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; analytical and problem-solving skills; organisational ability.

Ability to build relationships, showcase influencing skills, and present ideas effectively.

Understanding and advising on complex organisational issues and people strategy.
