Key Responsibilities and Duties:

As a key member of our New Product team in Dublin, you will be part of a dynamic environment where you can contribute your skills and experience to drive innovation forward. Your daily interactions with our office in China will ensure seamless collaboration and the successful launch of new products worldwide. To achieve this, you will work closely with our manufacturers and teams across various locations including China, Australia, UK and Europe. The objective is to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
To aid in your integration into the team, comprehensive training will be provided on all aspects of the role. This includes management of product development projects, gathering feedback from QC and Technical teams in Dublin, and maintaining daily communication with colleagues in China. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing product designs, providing suggested improvements, and managing product samples, ordering, and cataloguing. A critical aspect of this position involves collating and cross-referencing new product information supplied by QC and NPD China, completing comparison sheets, and suggesting improvements based on evaluation of data. Furthermore, you will produce sales analysis reports showing results of worldwide product launches and collaborate with Sales and Marketing departments in producing catalogues and promotional materials to support launches of our products globally. Lastly, you will play an essential role in evaluating departmental processes, suggesting improvements, and developing strategies to enhance overall performance.],
