Key Objectives

The primary objectives of this role are to provide high-quality administrative support to the Institute Directors, ensuring the smooth operation of events and research projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Diary management and meeting organization.
  • Research coordination and grant application assembly.
  • Interaction management with third-level administrative structures.
  • Document composition and correspondence.
  • 'Front of house' management and event support.

Qualifications and Experience

An Honours degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification is preferred. Candidates should possess strong organizational and communication skills, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in an administrative capacity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience working in a research environment would be advantageous.
