Project Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a key role in the development of our centralised, structured and streamlined PMO.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that analysis is relevant for each specific business and will be comfortable using a wide range of analytical tools to help with their analysis. They will also have experience with digital and traditional business data and be able to provide quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis and insight on projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete all project tasks within scope to the level and quality required on time and in budget
  • Streamline workflows of each project and oversee resource management, project measurement and reporting
  • Performing quality control on all projects throughout development
  • Be the central point of contact for teams assigned to the project to ensure team actions remain in synergy and ensure clear communication channels between functions and the PMO
  • Evaluate and escalate risks and issues promptly to enable proactive risk management strategies to be implemented
  • Design, train and implement consistent methodologies and project management tools for all projects within the business
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project management solutions and practices
  • Provide regular and detailed updates to stakeholders as required

Requirements:

  • A third-level degree in a relevant discipline
  • 3-5 years of project management experience with capability to lead projects throughout an organisation
  • Exceptional project management skills with experience of project management methodologies and tools
  • Project management qualification required (e.g. PMP, Scrum Master Certification, Prince2)
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel to advanced level
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a constantly changing environment
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to work and develop relationships cross-functionally and across levels to achieve business goals
  • Full clean B driving license (the role may involve travel)
