Job Overview

Bentley Systems seeks a Senior User Operations Specialist to oversee complex processes, ensuring alignment with established guidelines and policies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily operations, meeting turnaround times and standards.
  • Process customer orders and adjustments in accordance with company policies.
  • Cross-functionally collaborate with stakeholders via email and phone to resolve order processing issues.
  • Maintain accurate contract records and update tracking systems.
  • Analyze operational data to respond to stakeholder queries or disputes.
  • Support sales teams in achieving revenue goals through efficient back-office functions.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience, with 2-5 years in an order-to-cash or shared services environment.
  • Proficiency in productivity applications is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills to extract insights from complex data sets.
  • A high level of accuracy in managing processes, conducting audits, and preparing reports.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to identify issues quickly, think critically, and develop effective solutions.
  • Superior time management skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
